Materials List
stencil, flour, salt, water, popsicle stick, and knife like object for cutting dough.

Instructions
Make a batch of bakers clay by combining 2 Cups of flour and 3/4 cup of salt, 2 cups of boiling water in a sauce pan, pour flour and salt mix into boiling water and stir to mashed potato consistency. Let cool, and roll out a portion of the dough with an oiled rolling pin to desired thickness for your cutout. Lay stencil on top, take a popsicle stick to push down on all edges and groves of pattern to make as deep of an impression as you can. Lift stencil and cut all around outter edge of the complete pattern. Take your popsicle stick, wet the end to smooth out outter edges and groves. Let dough air dry for best results. Baking in the oven often distorts the figure. After dried and is hard, paint with craft paints and protect with a spray clear coat finish. Drill a hole at the top if you want to hang it, or poke a hole in the top with the end of a paint brush while dough is still soft.
