How to make a birthday tag

Materials List
White and red cardstock
Decorative paper
2 Flower stickers
green and red orange ribbon
Ink pad
Black pen
Scissors, decorative-edge scissors, double-sided and foam tape, hole punch

Instructions
1. Cut a 3 x 5” rectangle from white cardstock.

2. Cut the two corners diagonally one inch from the top. Punch hole on center. Cut the bottom edge using decorative edge scissors.

3. Cut out a 2 ½ x 3 ½” of decorative paper; adhere to red cardstock. Trim with decorative edge scissors. Adhere to tag.

4. Write 'Happy Birthday' on white cardstock. Trim with decorative edge scissors. Ink edges. Adhere to center with foam tape.

5. Adhere flowers.

6. Tie green ribbon through tag. Adhere red orange bow.
